Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle international calls from clients across various countries, including the UK and US.

- Provide excellent customer service to resolve customer queries and concerns.

- Work on an international voice process, processing calls efficiently and effectively.

- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-2 years of experience in a similar role (international calling or BPO).

- Robust communication skills for handling international calls.

- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

- Proficiency in the English language (written & spoken) is essential.
