> B2B Sales professional with a strong track record of selling BPO/KPO services to US Retail & eCommerce clients

Key Responsibilities

Drive recent business acquisition for Retail BPO/KPO services

Own the complete sales lifecycle—from prospecting and solutioning to negotiation and deal closure.

Build and manage relationships with CXOs and senior decision-makers across US Retail and eCommerce organizations.

Collaborate with pre-sales, operations, marketing, and delivery teams to deliver scalable outsourcing solutions.

We're Looking For

8–12 years of B2B sales experience selling BPO/KPO services to US clients.

Strong understanding of Retail Content, eCommerce operations, and Digital Catalog Management.

Experience managing enterprise clients across US time zones.

Excellent consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.

MBA is preferred.
