Key Responsibilities Generate and qualify B2B leads through online research, LinkedIn, trade portals, and email campaigns. Identify and connect with potential international buyers, wholesalers, distributors, and retailers. Build and maintain long-term relationships with overseas clients.

Handle email communication, follow-ups, and virtual meetings with international customers. Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable solutions. Prepare quotations, product catalogs, presentations, and business proposals.

Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms with clients. Achieve monthly sales targets and business development KPIs. Maintain accurate customer records and sales pipeline Conduct market research to identify recent countries, industries, and business opportunities.

Participate in virtual B2B meetings when required. Coordinate with the production, logistics, and export documentation teams to ensure smooth order execution. Monitor competitor activities and industry trends in global markets.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
