We are looking for experienced Content Moderators to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in content moderation, possess excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
Key Responsibilities
Review and moderate user-generated content in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
Identify and remove inappropriate, harmful, or policy-violating content.
Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate teams.
Ensure high levels of accuracy, quality, and productivity while meeting SLAs.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive content professionally.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve moderation processes.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 3 years of experience in Content Moderation (mandatory).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Graduate in any discipline.
Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
Compensation & Benefits
CTC: Up to 6.5 LPA
Work Schedule: Rotational shifts
Weekly Offs: 2 days per week (rotational)
Transportation: One-way cab facility provided
Preferred Skills
Experience with trust & safety or content review processes.
Attention to detail and ability to make accurate moderation decisions.
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Notice Period: Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
