Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries through Voice / Chat / Email Support

Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns

Maintain high-quality customer service standards

Ensure timely and effective issue resolution

Follow company policies and process guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:

Undergraduates (UG) / Graduates are eligible

Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply

Fluent English communication is mandatory

Solid verbal & written communication skills

Salary & Benefits:

Freshers: Up to 3 LPA

Experienced Candidates: Up to 5 LPA
