Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional to drive global business growth in contract manufacturing. The role focuses on acquiring new international clients, managing key accounts, and building long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Strategy

- Develop and grow global business for pharma/nutraceutical contract manufacturing.
- Identify new international markets, clients, and partnership opportunities.
- Create and execute business development strategies for research-based products.
- Participate in global tenders and business opportunities.
- Set targets for the team and review performance periodically.

Operations & Stakeholder Management

- Coordinate with PPIC, Logistics, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, and Production teams.
- Ensure smooth order execution and best customer experience for overseas clients.
- Maintain healthy P&L; through correct pricing, stock movement, and timely collections.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and internal processes.

Customer Relationship Management

- Handle key global clients and critical customer interactions.




- Address customer queries, feedback, and concerns to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Support long-term relationship building with strategic customers.

Analysis & Reporting

- Maintain global client and prospect database.
- Share weekly/monthly sales, market intelligence, and competitor reports.
- Track industry trends, regulatory changes, and new opportunities.

Candidate Profile

- Mandatory experience in Contract Manufacturing (Pharmaceutical or Nutraceutical).
- Robust exposure to International / Export Business Development.
- MBA (International Business preferred).
- Strong global market contacts and understanding of export regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of regulatory requirements in global markets.
