Job Details

- Position: International Chat Support
- Qualification: Any Graduate / Postgraduate (Undergraduates are not eligible)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in International Chat Support
- CTC: Up to ₹5.5 LPA
- Shift: Night Shifts
- Week Off: Rotational
- Transportation: Two-way Cab Facility
- Work Location: Q City, Gachibowli Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering quality support.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required.
- Maintain chat quality standards while meeting productivity and performance metrics.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM/system.




- Adhere to company policies, processes, and data security guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution.

Required Skills

- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting.
- Good typing speed and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work night shifts and rotational week-offs.
