About The Role Are you a recent graduate with excellent English communication skills and a passion for building a global career? Join us as a Management Trainee – International Business & Sales (MBA Freshers) and gain hands-on experience in international business development, client communication, market research, and lead generation.

This role is designed for fresh graduates who are eager to learn, grow, and build a successful career in International Sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Research international markets and identify potential customers and business opportunities.
- Generate and qualify B2B leads through LinkedIn, company websites, trade portals, and online databases.
- Communicate with international prospects through qualified emails, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and follow-ups with overseas clients.
- Build and maintain accurate customer databases using CRM and Excel.
- Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Learn international sales processes, export business practices, and customer relationship management.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth client communication.
- Maintain daily and weekly activity reports and achieve assigned targets.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong interest in International Sales,

- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills are mandatory.
- Willingness to work from our Bhopal office.
