About The Role

We are looking for a Growth & Strategy Officer to drive YAL’s growth across enterprise and government markets.

This is fundamentally a deal-making role. Your primary responsibility will be to acquire clients, build strategic partnerships, open current markets, and convert high-potential opportunities into signed commercial engagements.

You will own priority opportunities from the first conversation through discovery, proposal development, negotiation, contracting, deployment, and account expansion. You will work closely with leadership, product, engineering, legal, and delivery teams to translate customer and institutional requirements into credible AI solutions and commercially viable partnerships.

Success in this role will be measured by the quality of the pipeline you build, the clients and partnerships you secure, the revenue you generate, and your ability to convert pilots into scalable, long-term engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth and Deal Closure

Build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise and government opportunities.
Identify, qualify,



pursue, and close strategic B2B and B2G deals.
Own the complete commercial cycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, contracting, and handover.
Build strong business cases and commercial proposals aligned with each client’s operational priorities.
Maintain deal momentum by developing clear stakeholder maps, action plans, timelines, and closure strategies.
Protect commercial viability, delivery feasibility, margins, and long-term account value during negotiations.
Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and revenue forecasts for leadership.

Enterprise Client Acquisition

Identify high-potential industries, organizations, and accounts where YAL’s AI capabilities can solve meaningful business problems.
Build relationships with senior business leaders, technology teams, operations leaders, innovation teams, and procurement stakeholders.
