Marketing Manager

Position location: Brazil

The Marketing Manager is based at our Brazil division and is responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives to drive brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The person will act as a bridge between the company and its customers, managing both the creative direction and the analytical performance of promotional campaigns.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing all marketing activities related to WECO’s products. Provides direction through the development and execution of a strategic marketing plan, in the areas of communications, market research, analysis, product development and current product introduction. The person will be reporting to the President and CFO and will be part of the company’s significant growth and acceleration initiatives.





The incumbent in this role should be capable of rapidly assimilating the business and defining a marketing plan that supports the organization’s strategic priorities. The Marketing Manager will provide and develop a strategic marketing plan for WECO’s global market.

Key Responsibilities

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategy Development: creating multi-channel marketing plans (digital, print, social) that align with overall business goals and target specific audience segments
Campaign Execution: Leading the end-to-end implementation of marketing programs, from developing creative briefs to managing content across customer touch points.
Market Research & Analysis: conducting competitor and audience research to uncover insights and using data analytics to measure campaign ROI and effectiveness.
