As we continue to expand in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), we are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive our sales and distribution network.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead sales, distribution, and market expansion for our device financing business in DRC. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in telecom (MNO), handset distribution, FMCG, or financial services sales, with proven experience in managing field sales teams and distributor networks. Fluency in French is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities




Lead and manage sales and distribution operations across assigned regions in DRC.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, dealers, and telecom (MNO) partners.
Drive sales targets, revenue growth, and market penetration.
Recruit, train, mentor, and monitor field sales executives and sales agents.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the retail partner network.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
Ensure smooth customer onboarding and compliance with device financing processes.
Track sales performance, prepare MIS reports, and share regular business updates with the India headquarters.
Utilize CRM systems, reporting dashboards, and mobile sales applications for sales management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
