Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on, analytical and commercially driven Marketplace Growth, Operations & P&L; Manager to take end-to-end ownership of Diving Swan’s business across Myntra, Nykaa Fashion, AJIO and Tata CLiQ.

The Role Will Cover The Complete Marketplace Lifecycle

Catalogue → Listings → Pricing → Advertising → Inventory → Orders → Returns → Reconciliation → Profitability

This is not limited to catalogue uploads or order processing.



The person will be responsible for growing marketplace revenue while maintaining solid contribution margins, accurate inventory, timely fulfilment, effective advertising, efficient return management and complete financial reconciliation.

The role requires regular hands-on work across marketplace seller portals, Unicommerce, advertising dashboards, Excel or Google Sheets and marketplace reports.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Growth and Business Ownership
Own monthly and quarterly revenue, margin and profitability targets for each marketplace.
Build platform-specific growth plans covering assortment, hero SKUs, price bands, events, promotions and advertising.
Identify products to scale, advertise, optimise, reprice, replenish or discontinue.
Monitor competitors across jewellery, fashion accessories, pricing, offers, catalogue depth and positioning.
Coordinate with marketplace category managers and account managers to improve visibility and participation in
