Job Title: US IT cum Engineering Recruiter (Direct Client & W2 Staffing)
Job Summary Results-oriented US Recruiter with experience supporting direct client requirements across IT and Non-IT domains. Expertise in full-cycle recruitment, talent sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding. Robust experience in W2 hiring and building candidate pipelines for both technical and business-focused roles across the United States.
Key Responsibilities
IT Recruitment:
• Recruit for IT positions including Software Developers, Full Stack Engineers, Java/.NET Developers, Cloud Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Data Engineers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, QA Engineers, and Cybersecurity professionals.
• Work directly with hiring managers and client stakeholders to understand job requirements and recruitment priorities.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, referrals, and networking channels.
• Conduct technical and behavioral screening interviews.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong W2 consultant pipeline for client requirements.
Non-IT Recruitment:
• Recruit for Finance, HR, Administrative, Procurement, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Healthcare Administration, Sales, and Marketing roles.
• Conduct competency-based screening and candidate evaluations.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback collection, and offer discussions.
• Ensure timely fulfillment of direct client hiring needs.
Direct Client Management:
• Partner directly with US-based hiring managers and business leaders.
• Participate in requirement gathering and workforce planning discussions.
• Provide market insights, candidate availability, and hiring trends.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure successful delivery of recruitment needs.
• Manage priorities across multiple direct client accounts.
