We are looking for a proactive Pre-Sales Executive to join our agile sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound sales inquiries, conducting initial client interactions, and setting up meetings for the sales team. You will play a crucial role in generating leads, understanding client needs, and supporting the sales cycle to drive business growth.

Experience

Key Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in a pre-sales, lead generation, or customer engagement role.
Experience in B2B/B2C sales or working with CRM tools is preferred.

Technical Skills

Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and email communication tools.
Basic understanding of digital marketing and lead generation techniques.

Soft Skills





Fluency in English and Hindi
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals and achieving win-win outcomes.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
The expertise to identify customer needs and present solutions effectively to drive sales.
Good listening skills to understand and interpret information accurately by paying full attention during conversations.
The ability to ask relevant, insightful questions to gather information and understand client needs.
Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
