Responsibilities

As a Senior Odoo Developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Odoo solutions for our clients. Your duties and responsibilities will include:

Developing and customizing Odoo modules: You will develop and customize Odoo modules to meet the specific needs of our clients. You will have a strong understanding of Odoo development best practices, and will be able to write high-quality code that is easy to maintain and scale.
Designing and implementing custom workflows: You will design and implement custom workflows using Odoo's workflow engine. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and ensure that workflows meet their needs.
Integrating Odoo with third-party systems: You will integrate Odoo with third-party systems, such as payment gateways, shipping providers, and CRM systems. You will have experience with APIs and web services, and will be able to create custom integrations that are productive and reliable.
Managing database migrations: You will manage database migrations for Odoo implementations,



including data migration, schema migration, and version upgrades. You will have experience with PostgreSQL and will be able to ensure that migrations are performed efficiently and with minimal disruption to clients.
Leading development teams: You will lead development teams, providing guidance and support to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. You will work closely with project managers to ensure that projects are delivered within budget and that clients are satisfied with the results.
Providing technical expertise: You will provide technical expertise on Odoo development best practices, and will be able to advise clients on the best way to implement Odoo solutions to meet their needs.
Quality assurance: You will ensure that all Odoo solutions meet our quality standards, and that they are thoroughly tested before being delivered to clients. You will work closely with QA teams to
