Job Summary

We are seeking a highly driven Senior Sales Executive with solid experience in IT Services, SaaS, Web Development, and Cybersecurity solutions. The ideal candidate will lead complex sales cycles, manage key accounts, mentor junior team members, and drive revenue growth across technology and security offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
Generate and manage qualified leads for:
IT services & web development
SaaS-based products
Cybersecurity solutions (VAPT, SOC, cloud security, endpoint security, compliance, etc.)
Lead end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, solution positioning, negotiation, and closure
Understand client business, IT infrastructure, and security requirements to propose tailored solutions
Build and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise, SMB, and international clients
Drive upselling and cross-selling of cybersecurity and IT service offerings




Prepare proposals, RFP/RFI responses, pricing, and contracts
Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools
Mentor and guide junior sales executives and support team performance improvement
Collaborate closely with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–5 years of proven experience in IT Sales / SaaS / Web Development / Cybersecurity sales
Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, solutions, and compliance frameworks
Demonstrated success in closing mid to large-size technology deals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strategic planning and analytical thinking abilities
Leadership and team management experience
Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Good to Have

Experience selling enterprise cybersecurity solutions
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and security models
