About The Role

We are looking for a energetic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in selling Digital Marketing services and/or Technical IT projects to B2B clients. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across our service portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients for digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email campaigns) and technical projects (web development, mobile apps, software solutions).
Generate leads through outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, networking events, and referrals.




Understand client requirements and propose tailored digital marketing or technical solutions aligned with their business goals.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients and decision-makers.
Manage the complete sales cycle — from initial contact and discovery to negotiation, closure, and handover to the delivery team.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, development) to develop winning proposals and ensure smooth project onboarding.
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets and KPIs.
Maintain an up-to-date CRM pipeline with accurate status, notes, and forecasting data.
Stay current on industry trends, competitor landscape, and emerging digital marketing and technology services.
