Job Position Summary
Provide an overview of the primary purpose and function of this job.
The Marine Superintendent will actively lead an on-shore and off-shore team to
deliver high quality, innovative, sustainable solutions to the customer with
complete responsibility for safe and cost-effective management of the vessels
assigned.
Key Roles and Responsibilities

Marine Management / Operations
To carry out shipboard Internal audits as required.
To carry out shipboard QHSE inspections as required.
To carry out Incident / near miss investigation as required.
To review the minutes of the shipboard safety committee meetings.
To review and approve risk assessments as required.
To monitor and maintain record of quality systems documentation received from
ships and from shore office.
To coordinate with and support the Technical department in cargo and commercial
matters as required.
