What You'll Do
Design end-to-end user experiences from wireframe to high-fidelity prototype
Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests
Maintain and evolve the design system and component library
Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure faithful implementation
Present designs and rationale to stakeholders
What We're Looking For
3+ years of product or UX design experience
Expert-level Figma skills
Solid portfolio demonstrating complex UI/UX problem solving
Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
Experience designing for SaaS or enterprise products
Nice to Have
Motion / micro-interaction design skills
Basic front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS)
Experience with design tokens and multi-brand systems
