Responsibilities

As a Field Medical Officer at Adani's Thermal Power Plant in Korba, your responsibilities will include:

Providing medical care and treatment to employees in case of injury or illness
Conducting regular health check-ups and screenings to ensure employee well-being
Managing medical emergencies and coordinating with external healthcare providers when necessary
Developing and implementing health and safety programs to prevent workplace injuries and illnesses
Collaborating with HR and Safety departments to ensure compliance with health regulations
Participating in incident investigations and providing medical expertise in risk assessments
Training employees on first aid, safety protocols, and health awareness
Maintaining medical records and reports in accordance with company policies and legal requirements

Qualifications

Education Qualification-MBBS+AFIH Experience-8-13 years of experience in the Metal, Power and Manufacturing, and Health Care industries.
