Responsibilities:
SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To develop/prepare and present powder/ liquid prototypes which demonstrate the ability of Takasago flavorings to the sales/customers.
2. To become fully conversant with the range of powder/ liquid formulations that are used in the industry to produce the prototypes.
3.



To maintain and service the equipment used for the development in line with the recommendations made by the manufacturer.
4. Execute daily brief-related tasks and fully manage the flavour selection, evaluation and application development as well as leading customer visits and product development and product presentations at the customer when required.
5. Lead evaluations of flavours in Beverage and powder applications for briefs, research projects and portfolio evaluations.
6. Select optimal flavours for projects according to specified requirements (i.e. customer, regulatory, legislation, costs) and proactively take responsibility to suggest updates using flavours with high performance in common applications.
7. Identify appropriate flavour delivery systems and technologies for customer projects in Beverages applications.
9. Awareness of FSSAI requirements for beverage category
