About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Blockchain Consultant / Head of Blockchain to lead the design, development, and implementation of blockchain-based products and solutions. The ideal candidate will drive product strategy, oversee technical development, and work closely with business and technology teams to build scalable blockchain applications.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of blockchain-based products and platforms.
Design secure, scalable, and efficient blockchain architectures.
Collaborate with product, development, and business teams to define product requirements.
Evaluate and recommend suitable blockchain technologies and frameworks.
Ensure security, performance, and scalability of blockchain solutions.
Guide and mentor the blockchain development team.
Stay updated with the latest blockchain trends, protocols, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
or a related field.
Certifications or experience in Blockchain technologies are preferred.
Experience
5–10 years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in blockchain development.
Experience in designing and deploying blockchain applications.
Experience with smart contracts and decentralized applications (DApps) is preferred.
Skills
Strong knowledge of blockchain technologies such as Ethereum, Polygon, Hyperledger, or similar platforms.
Experience with Smart Contracts (Solidity or equivalent).
Understanding of cryptography, consensus mechanisms, and distributed ledger technologies.
Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
