Have previous construction experience, though not absolutely required.
Be familiar with basic construction, hand and power tools.
Be a problem solver.
Be well-spoken and presentable as a customer-facing employee. We provide company uniforms. This role will be going to people’s homes & occassionally interact with homeowner customers.
Be confident, responsible and dependable.
Be clean and organized when it comes to operating and maintaining our tools and equipment.
Be willing to take direction and follow guidance from supervisors, yet work independently.
Must have a driver’s license and reliable transportation.
