* Support execution of debt facilities including

* * Drafting and review of term sheets
* Reviewing project contracts and due diligence reports
* Undertaking risk and financial analysis entailing running sensitivities and
scenarios in financial model.




* Preparing Credit application
* Liaising with client
* Leading documentation and ensuring all internal processes are complied with
to facilitate financial close.
* Support execution of advisory/debt structuring transactions entailing
drafting of information memorandum, preparing of financial model, preparing
proposals for approaching lenders, coordinating with external consultants,
coordinating the financing on behalf of client, and ensuring financial close
is achieved.
* Support senior staff to develop and maintain client relationships in line
with the agreed sector and/or market strategy and risk appetite of the
department with the view to originating project / acquisition finance
opportunities as well as to maximise ancillary business for SMBC
* Support senior members in the preparation / execution of current strategies /
initiatives. Participate in portfolio reviews as required.
