JOB DESCRIPTION

The Prospect

* Define, lead, and execute the transformation vision in alignment with the
customer’s business objectives and strategy
* Establish and oversee the Transformation Office to support governance,
delivery, and ongoing transformation initiatives
* Act as the primary point of contact between the customer and the
transformation team, ensuring transparency and alignment
* Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of transformation initiatives across
planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
* Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, business
leaders, and external partners
* Communicate transformation goals, progress, and outcomes to executive
stakeholders on a regular basis
* Stay current on emerging technologies and advise on their relevance to the
customer’s transformation agenda
* Lead budget planning, resource allocation, and financial tracking for
transformation programs
* Own and define enterprise-grade Azure and GenAI reference architectures,
including cloud, data, AI, and agentic patterns




* Lead the design of GenAI solutions, including LLM-based systems,
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic workflows
* Act as the final architectural authority for complex, large-scale
transformation and GenAI-led engagements
* Ensure security, privacy, compliance, and Responsible AI principles are
embedded by design
* Lead large-deal solutioning and pre-sales engagements, including discovery
workshops and executive-level presentations
* Shape deal strategy, solution differentiation, value articulation, and
pricing constructs in partnership with sales leadership
* Own the technical win strategy for strategic pursuits and transformation-led
deals
* Serve as a trusted advisor in C-level deal conversations, linking technology
decisions to business outcomes
* Act as a senior interface with Microsoft Azure, AI, and industry GTM teams
for joint pursuits and co-sell motions
* Leverage Microsoft programs, accelerators, and fund
