Overview

We are seeking a talented Learning & Development to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Set annual, quarterly, and monthly targets for conducting IAPs based on organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
Develop comprehensive plans for conducting IAPs, including identifying target locations, scheduling sessions, and coordinating logistics.
Ensure active participation and engagement of attendees during IAP sessions through interactive presentations, Q&A; sessions, and case studies.
Prepare regular reports on the number of IAPs conducted, attendance rates, feedback received, and outcomes achieved.




Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote learning and development opportunities.
Stay updated on emerging trends and developments in the mutual fund distribution industry and learning and development field. Continuously enhance knowledge and skills through training, certifications, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

Graduate / Post graduate
Minimum 2-3 years of experience, Freshers may also apply
Solid communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and learning management systems.
Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of mutual funds, financial products, and regulatory requirements is a plus
