Data Engineering & Analytics Specialist (Digital Engagement – Clients & Industries)– Assistant Director
The Opportunity
As an Assistant Director – Data Engineering & Analytics at EY, you will manage the design, scaling, and transformation of enterprise-grade data and analytics capabilities for Clients & Industries (C&I;) and strategic EY-wide initiatives.
You will move beyond execution to end-to-end ownership of data platforms, analytics programs, and business-facing solutions, ensuring alignment with priorities. This role requires a robust foundation in data engineering and analytics, complemented by exposure to AI, Gen AI, and agentic capabilities to drive next-generation insights and productivity.




You will act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and leadership, shaping data strategy, driving adoption, and building scalable, future-ready data ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities
Data Engineering, Architecture & AI Enablement

Manage the hands-on design and execution of data engineering and analytics solutions aligned to business priorities.
Own and scale data platforms, pipelines, and analytics solutions across C&I; use cases.
Architect and manage development of scalable, secure, high-performance data platforms in MS Azure.
Establish best practices for data ingestion, transformation, modelling, governance, and reuse of data assets and pipelines.
Ensure high-quality, reliable, and trusted data pipelines for analytics and advanced use cases.
Drive adoption of AI-enabled analytics capabilities, including Gen AI, Copilot Studio, and Agentic AI frameworks.
