We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented and experienced Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition Services team based in Pune. This role is ideal for an individual with solid international recruitment experience, particularly across the UK and broader European region, who enjoys building talent pipelines, engaging passive candidates and partnering with stakeholders to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes. The successful candidate will lead sourcing activities across diverse functions, including Technology, Commercial, Corporate Functions, Legal, Sales & Marketing, while supporting leadership and business-critical hiring requirements.What you’ll do
