We are looking for a passionate and proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to help us hire exceptional talent across both tech and non-tech roles. You will work closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and close high-quality candidates across functions such as Engineering, Product, Design, Marketing, Operations, and Business.
Beyond hiring, you will also lead key talent acquisition initiatives, improve our recruitment processes, and play an important role in building the teams that will shape the future of Atlys.
Job Requirements
The Job
Lead end-to-end hiring: Own the recruitment process across tech and non-tech roles, from understanding the hiring brief and sourcing candidates to closing offers and supporting onboarding.
Build strong talent pipelines: Proactively identify and engage high-quality candidates through sourcing, networking, referrals, and long-term relationship-building.
Partner with hiring managers: Work closely with leaders across Engineering, Product, Design, Marketing, Operations, Business, and other functions to define hiring requirements and run an effective selection process.
Use data to improve hiring: Track recruitment metrics, identify bottlenecks, and use insights to improve sourcing strategies, candidate quality, and hiring timelines.
