Collaborate with state program teams to support deployment of AI-enabled solutions.
Provide technical and operational support for smooth implementation across facilities and districts of the state.
Coordinate with government officials, internal teams, and stakeholders for effective project execution and issue resolution.
Manage monitoring and evaluation by tracking performance indicators, analyzing data, and preparing periodic reports and insights.
Support training and capacity building of healthcare workers through workshops and on-ground handholding.
Provide field-level troubleshooting and ensure timely resolution of implementation challenges.
Contribute to strengthening scalable digital health ecosystems and integration of AI tools into routine systems.
Document project progress, outcomes, challenges, and key learnings.
Willingness to travel within and outside the state as required.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any field, complemented by a Master’s in Public Health (MPH), Health Management, or Community Medicine.




5–12 years of experience in public health, particularly within government health systems, with a focus on digital health and AI initiatives.
Deep understanding of ground realities and implementation challenges in areas such as MNCH, TB, NCDs, IDSP, CPHC, and Quality of Care.
Prior experience in MNCH and TB–HIV programs is advantageous.
Strong understanding of the Indian healthcare landscape, particularly the Ayushman Bharat initiative and National Health Mission (NHM) strategies.
Fluency in local(Marathi) language.
