John M. Hill Inc. is a 65+ Year Old, family owned business seeking a full time sales representative with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Refractory Sales. Our Sales representative is responsible for establishing, developing and maintaining on-going communications with customers to achieve growth year after year.

The Sales Representative Will Be Responsible For The Following

Schedule and make sales calls with recent and established customers in the following regions: WV, VA, PA, OH and KY
Sell, Estimate, Plan, Design and Execute Projects of all Sizes
Drive the execution of the project plan while balancing customer requirements

and desires

Clearly communicate plans and results with Company Team Members

Job Requirements

Excellent organization and time management skills.
Flexible Work Schedule.
Ability to sketch prints and understand drawings.

5+ Years of Refractory Sales or 10+ Years of Refractory Field Experience.
Willingness to work hands-on with the crew to meet deadlines.
