Job Description

We are looking for a skilled HR Executive to join our team. Where you will be responsible for handling recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations to maintain a smooth and productive work environment. The HR Executive is responsible for supporting and executing a variety of human resource programs and services. This includes recruitment, employee relations, payroll, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The HR Executive acts as a bridge between management and employees, helping to foster a positive working environment.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment process

Maintain HR documents and employee records

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule interviews with departments

Prepare and issue offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documents

Assist in payroll and performance evaluation tasks





Handle attendance, leave management, and timesheet data

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or PG in HR is preferred

Experience

0-2 years of Experience in HR role

Skills

Robust interpersonal and communication skills

Good knowledge of HR functions and labor laws

Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools

Problem-solving and decision-making skills

High level of confidentiality and professionalism
