We Are Seeking a Detail-oriented And Proactive Program Coordinator To Support The Successful Implementation Of The Pathways To HOPE Program.Pathways To H.O.P.E. (Hearing, Observing, Planning, Empowering) Is a Project Designed To Identify And Address The Barriers, Gaps, And Strengths Related To HIV Treatment And Care Access For Newcomer Women In Toronto. The Program Coordinator Will

Supervise and report on a mixed-methods needs assessment with newcomer women and service providers across the city of Toronto, including surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
Train a cohort of peer researchers in facilitating, collecting and analyzing survey, interview, and focus group data for the needs assessment; as well as facilitating knowledge mobilization workshops among diverse interest holders.
In collaboration with peer researchers, produce a community-informed recommendation framework that identifies actionable strategies and priorities for improving HIV care and support for newcomer women.
