As a Security Officer with our patrolling company, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our clients' premises and assets. You will be responsible for conducting patrols, monitoring surveillance equipment, and enforcing security procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to act swiftly and decisively in emergency situations.
Responsibilities And Duties
Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter and detect unauthorized activity
Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to identify potential security risks
Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations, taking appropriate action as necessary
Enforce security policies and procedures to maintain order and safety on the premises
Report any security incidents, hazards,
or breaches to appropriate authorities
Provide assistance and support to clients and visitors as needed
Collaborate with other security personnel and law enforcement agencies as required
Qualifications And Skills
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in security or law enforcement is preferred
Proven experience in security or related field, with a strong understanding of security protocols and procedures
Excellent observation and problem-solving skills
Robust communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
