About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced .NET Full Stack and Azure Architect with strong expertise in Angular, React, Microservices, and Agentic AI application development. As a Manager, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI-driven applications leveraging Microsoft Azure cloud services and contemporary .NET technologies. You will play a pivotal role in driving technical excellence, architectural innovation, and team leadership in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Architect, design, and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance full stack applications using .NET Core, Angular, and React.
Lead the development of microservices-based solutions on Azure,



ensuring best practices in cloud architecture, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
Build and integrate Agentic AI applications leveraging AI/ML models and Azure AI services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate AI capabilities into production-ready solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Define and enforce coding standards, architectural guidelines, and security policies.
Drive cloud adoption strategies and optimize Azure resources for cost, performance, and scalability.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in AI, cloud computing, and full stack development.
