Job Description
We are looking for an enterprising individual with very good communication skills for a Client Relationship Manager role to offer end to end Order Related Support for both domestic & international orders.
What You’ll Do
Handle customer queries via phone/email (domestic + international)
Support order-related coordination (status, shipping, updates)
Maintain smooth client communication and follow-ups
Who We’re Looking For
BBA/MBA preferred (or relevant experience)
Min 6 to 12 months work experience is a must
Very good English communication (must-have)
Quick, skilled, and responsive
Bonus: Google Sheets (advanced formulas/macros)
