Job Mission

Significantly increase the volume of business offering company’s Service Portfolio & Solutions by prospecting business potential from the Accounts.

This person would be responsible for lead generation, achieving profit and value maximization, organizing & directing a multidiscipline pursuit team to develop strategic sales deliverables. Developing client relationships, ensuring sales process close-out procedures comply with organisational policies.

Skills

Proven account and relationship management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance business relationships.

Extremely detail oriented

Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator.

Requirements / Qualifications

College Degree and minimum of 4-6 years work experience in MICE / EVENTS, travel or hospitality ideally in a BD environment.

Must be Proactive, Enthusiastic, highly self-motivated, Goal oriented and Results-driven.

Must achieve the appointment goals assigned and help in building the sales Pipeline.

Must be task oriented and focused in approach to meet the timelines.

Strong Sales, Analytical, Organization, Communication And People Skills Required.

Working knowledge of MICE revenue / Event sales management is preferred.

Should be a Team player.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Ability to work and thrive in a multi-tasked and rapid-paced environment.
