You think in systems, but you communicate in plain language. When a customer describes a problem,



you can hold the technical architecture in your head while also tracking what they really need versus what they think they need. You ask clarifying questions that get to the root without making people feel interrogated.

You do not wait for perfect information before you start building. You sketch out a solution, validate the approach with the people who will use it, and iterate based on what you learn. When something does not work the way you expected, you dig into why instead of just trying a different approach and hoping it sticks.

You care about craft. You write code that someone else can pick up six months from now and understand. You document not because someone told you to, but because you know that valuable documentation is a gift to your future self and everyone who comes after you.
