ABOUT THE ROLE

The IT&D; Product Manager – core HR & T&A; is part of the IT&D; Transformation
team, a team responsible for the Design, Delivery and sustenance of IT&D;
solutions in HR function. This role will be responsible for all applications
supporting employee Joiner, Leaver, Transfer process , organization structure,
absence and Time & attendance

The role is responsible for the governance and enforcement of standardised
solutions for projects, programme and continuous improvement initiatives related
to SuccessFactors and other applications within Reckitt.
