Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
Assist the sales team in connecting with prospective students through calls and follow-ups.
Understand students' educational requirements and recommend suitable online degree and certification programs.
Explain course features, admission processes, eligibility criteria, and fee structures.
Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls and assigned databases.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students.
Follow up with interested candidates until the admission process is completed.
Achieve daily and weekly activity targets, including calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
Coordinate with the admissions and operations teams to ensure a seamless student onboarding experience.
Participate in product training sessions, team meetings, and skill development workshops.
Prepare daily reports and update the reporting manager on progress and outcomes.
Stay updated on company offerings, university programs,
and industry trends.
