Job Description

The Process Compliance Manager will be a key member of the core team, responsible for ensuring adherence to defined organizational processes, policies, and governance frameworks across multiple project locations in Bangalore. The role involves regular site visits, compliance audits, identification of gaps,



and structured reporting of compliance risks and issues to senior management to enable informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Process Compliance & Governance

Ensure implementation and adherence to organizational processes, SOPs, policies, and governance frameworks across all project sites.
Monitor compliance with internal standards, contractual requirements, and applicable regulatory or statutory norms.
Conduct regular compliance audits across multiple project locations in Bangalore.
Assess process adherence related to project management, execution, documentation, controls, and approvals.
Identify non-compliance, deviations, and process risks at site and project levels.
Prepare structured compliance audit reports detailing observations, deviations, root causes, and risk impact.
Present compliance status, trends, and key risk areas to senior management and core leadership team.
