Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Manager, Technology to lead the engineering efforts for our NucleusLinks product. The ideal candidate will combine solid full-stack development expertise with technical leadership, ownership mindset, and experience in building scalable, high-performance products.
This role requires close collaboration with product, design, and business stakeholders to drive end-to-end delivery while maintaining high engineering standards.
Key Responsibilities




Lead end-to-end development and technical execution for the NucleusLinks product
Architect, design, and develop scalable, secure, and high-availability systems
Be hands-on with full-stack development while guiding and mentoring engineers
Drive technical decision-making, code quality, and best engineering practices
Collaborate closely with Product Managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Own system performance, reliability, security, and scalability
Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure timely delivery of features
Manage technical debt and continuously improve system architecture

Required Skills
Full-Stack Development experience
Strong proficiency in Go / Python / PHP (any two preferred)
Experience with modern backend frameworks and RESTful APIs
Front-end experience with modern JS frameworks (React / Angular / Vue preferred)
