Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Responsibilities
Implement and configure SAP-HCM modules such as PA, OM,
TM, and CATS
Analyze HR business processes and provide solutions to enhance efficiency.
Should have positive experience and knowledge on Workday Interfaces.
Coordinate with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP-HCM.
Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes.
Provide end-user support and training for SAP-HCM functionalities.
Good knowledge on SAP HCM integration points with FICO and PS
Good experience on integration points of CATS and other modules
