We are looking for enthusiastic and analytical HR Automation Interns to support the HR team by building dashboards, automating reports, and generating actionable workforce insights. The interns will work closely with the HR and Analytics teams to develop interactive dashboards and reports that enable data-driven decision-making and streamline HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain HR dashboards using data available in the Data Warehouse (DWH).
- Build automated reports and reporting dashboards for HR metrics and operational reviews.
- Analyze HR data and generate meaningful insights for stakeholders.
- Validate data accuracy and ensure dashboard reliability.
- Collaborate with HR teams to understand reporting requirements and business needs.
- Identify opportunities to automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency.
- Support ad hoc data analysis, reporting requests, and process automation initiatives.
- Document dashboard logic, KPIs, metrics, and reporting processes.

Eligibility:

- Final-year undergraduate or postgraduate student, or recent graduate in Engineering, Computer Science,



Information Technology, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Knowledge of Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
- Basic understanding of databases and Data Warehouse (DWH) concepts.
- Prior exposure to HR analytics, reporting, or automation projects will be an added advantage.
