We are looking for a Content Developer Intern – Non-Technical Programs to support the design, development, and execution of online programs across Psychology, Management, Leadership, Business, Human Resources, Marketing, and other non-technical domains. This role focuses on curriculum development, content creation, instructional quality, and academic coordination while working closely with faculty, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and internal stakeholders.
Program & Curriculum Development
- Support end-to-end content development for online programs across domains such as:
- Psychology
- Leadership & Management
- Business Administration
- Human Resources
- Marketing
- Organizational Development
- Communication & Soft Skills
- Assist in translating learning objectives into structured, outcome-driven curricula.
- Create and review session plans, PowerPoint presentations (PPS), assignments, case studies, quizzes, and learner activities.
Instructional Design & Content Quality
- Ensure learner-friendly, engaging,
and conceptually accurate content across presentations, reading materials, assessments, faculty notes, and learning resources.
- Review content for pedagogy, sequencing, consistency, grammar, and formatting.
- Support the creation of learner assessments and engagement activities in collaboration with Program Managers.
Faculty & SME Coordination
- Work closely with academic faculty and industry SMEs to:
- Share content briefs and learning objectives
- Track deliverables and timelines
- Review session outlines, scripts, and recordings
- Act as the primary content point of contact for assigned courses or modules.
Process & Execution Support
- Follow defined content development and quality review processes.
- Maintain documentation for curricula, learning outcomes, and content changes.
- Support audits, refresh cycles, and continuous improvement initiatives.
