Job Summary The AEC Associates is seeking motivated Architects with strong Revit and AutoCAD skills to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have 46 years of experience in architectural and/or interior design and engineering services. The primary responsibility is to produce high-quality construction documents and participate in the final QA/QC process for international projects.

Essential Duties, Roles, and Responsibilities

Drawing Production

- Primarily responsible for producing building project drawings during all design and construction phases, including As-Built drawings, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documentation sets, and other project deliverables, while meeting both internal and client expectations.
- Accurately report the hours spent on assigned project tasks using the prescribed tools and methods.

Quality Assurance
- Follow the company's internal SOPs, client-specific CAD/BIM standards, and templates.
- Perform quality checks on As-Built drawings, architectural/interior design documents, and construction documentation.

Teamwork
- Work collaboratively with Intermediate and Senior Architects, Interior Designers, and Engineers, following established reporting protocols.




- Manage assigned tasks independently to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely project delivery.

Technical Expertise
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of building construction systems, methods, and industry standards.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit.
- Experience in architectural, interior design, or engineering documentation, with a basic understanding of design documentation standards, practices, and procedures.
- Good understanding of architectural, interior design, and engineering project workflows, both in the office and in office.
- Ability to follow established processes and procedures accurately to minimize errors and improve productivity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Education and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (preferred).
- Minimum of 46 years of relevant experience in the AEC industry.
- Experience in the design and documentation of architectural, interior design, or engineering projects, including both recent construction and renovation projects.
