- Prepare architectural drawings and construction documentation across all project phases, including Schematic Design (SD), Design Development (DD), Construction Documentation (CD), and As-Built drawings.
- Develop high-quality Revit and AutoCAD models and drawings in accordance with project requirements and company standards.
- Ensure all deliverables comply with client-specific CAD/BIM standards, company SOPs, and quality requirements.
- Perform QA/QC reviews of architectural and interior design documentation before final submission.
- Coordinate effectively with Architects, Interior Designers, Engineers, and multidisciplinary project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage assigned tasks independently while ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of project milestones.
- Record and report project hours accurately using the organization's prescribed tools and processes.
- Apply knowledge of building construction systems, design standards, and documentation practices to produce technically accurate drawings.
- Support the preparation and coordination of construction documentation for recent construction and renovation projects.
- Maintain effective communication with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve design and documentation issues.
- Ensure project documentation meets both internal quality standards and client expectations.
- Continuously follow established workflows, best practices, and BIM/CAD processes to improve productivity and project quality.
