Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day interior fit-out activities at project sites.

- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.

- Coordinate with clients, designers, architects, contractors, and vendors.

- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.

- Maintain quality standards and site safety.

- Plan and monitor manpower, materials, and site resources.

- Resolve site-related technical issues.

- Verify measurements and contractor bills.

- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.

- Attend client meetings and provide project updates.

Qualifications

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field.

- 1–3 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction.

- Ability to read architectural and interior drawings.





- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.

- Positive communication and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to travel to project sites across Chennai.

Preferred

- Candidates from Tamil Nadu.

- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.

- Immediate joiners preferred.
