Role Description The Interior Designer (Upto 5 LPA) will work full time on-site at the Gurugram office, collaborating with clients and internal teams to design residential and commercial spaces. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts, preparing layouts, and creating detailed drawings that align with project requirements and brand standards.

The role involves selecting materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E;), ensuring both functionality and visual consistency.

The Interior

Designer will coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors, monitor project progress,



and contribute to site reviews to ensure accurate implementation of design plans. The position also requires maintaining design documentation, presenting proposals, and supporting overall project delivery within timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Interior Design and Architecture to develop cohesive concepts and spatial experiences.
- Candidates should possess skills in Space Planning to optimize layouts, circulation, and functional zoning for diverse projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Construction Drawings to prepare accurate plans, elevations, and detailed specifications for execution.
- Candidates should possess skills in FF&E; selection, including furniture, fixtures, equipment, and finishes that meet design and budget criteria.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software ( SketchUp Mandatory ).
- Robust visual communication, presentation, and client-facing skills, with attention to detail and project deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment; prior experience in residential or commercial interiors is an advantage.
