Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Recent Delhi.

The Interior

Designer will develop design concepts, space plans, and detailed drawings for residential projects, ensuring alignment with client preferences and Meraki Homes’ artisanal and culturally rooted aesthetic. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients, preparing mood boards and material palettes, coordinating FF&E; selections, and collaborating with architects, contractors, and craftsmen to implement designs. The role involves overseeing site execution, monitoring quality,



and making on-site adjustments to maintain design integrity and craftsmanship standards.

The Interior

Designer will also support interior styling by selecting soft furnishings, art, and accessories that complete each project.

Core Expertise

Required - Space Planning & Concept Design

- AutoCAD, SKetchUp & 3D Visualisation
- Working Drawings & Technical Documentation
- Material Selection & Procurement - Site Supervision & Quality Control
- Proficient in Furniture and Electrical Layout. Qualifications

Strong skills in Space Planning and Interior Design, with the ability to create functional, aesthetically refined layouts.

Understanding of Architecture principles to coordinate interior design with overall structural and spatial intent.

Proficiency in preparing Construction Drawings and technical documentation for execution and contractor coordination.

Experience with FF&E; (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection, specification, and sourcing for luxury residential interiors.

Relevant academic background in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and presentation tools.

Strong attention to detail, craftsmanship orientation, and interest in culturally inspired, artisanal design.

Effective communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to manage timelines and multiple stakeholders on-site.
